Students advance in knowledge and experience in public health, improving communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to support their preparation for public health careers. Building on prior learning, students explore health challenges at a global scale, engage with health policy and advocacy measures, and develop advocacy skills that support community efforts to promote positive health outcomes. Students gain hands-on experience in collecting and analyzing health-related data. Students engage in community projects for real-world context as they prepare for careers devoted to community health and wellness.
