Recommended Preparation:  One year of math 3 with a grade “C” or better

 

This college preparatory course will reinforce the concepts taught in the Math 3 course as well as investigate these concepts in greater depth.  Trigonometry will be emphasized in this course. The final quarter of this course will introduce students to basic calculus. Classroom lessons and activities are designed to include all students, utilizing their background experiences and abilities. The course meets college entrance requirements as an elective fourth year of college preparatory mathematics.
